We are seeking an experienced FLEXCUBE Engineer to provide production and application support for FLEXCUBE Core Banking solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling BAU activities, troubleshooting production issues, supporting deployments, and ensuring smooth banking operations.

Responsibilities
Handle FLEXCUBE BAU issues, analyse root causes and provide fixes
Provide FCC EOD, EOM and EOY production support
Support production deployment activities
Support major deployment activities, Disaster Recovery movements and DR drills
Interact with clients and resolve production issues
Work from the Jaipur office on a daily basis

Requirements
4+ years of FLEXCUBE Core Banking experience
Strong knowledge of FLEXCUBE modules: LC, BC, CL, ELCM, FT, CASA, SFMS and SWIFT
Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills




Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
Experience handling production support and deployments
Positive client communication skills
