Backed by a strong technical team of 30+ developers, we are now expanding our business development function to accelerate growth and build a robust client base globally.

Role Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can independently generate, manage, and close business opportunities in IT services. This is a full-cycle sales role, where you will be responsible for driving revenue from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities in AI, ML, automation, mobile, and web development services
Prospect clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, business portals (Upwork, Clutch, etc.), and referrals
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose effective solutions
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations
Lead client interactions, negotiations,



and successfully close deals
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM records
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Ensure smooth project handover to the delivery team post-closure

Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in IT services sales / business development
Proven track record in selling custom software, mobile apps, and preferably AI/ML solutions
Solid understanding of the B2B sales cycle
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced/startup environment
Experience with international clients is a plus

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
