Job Summary:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a Commerce background to support accounting and procurement operations while working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including vendor management, RFQs, purchase orders, invoice verification, and procurement coordination.
Handle Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations, including customer quotations, order processing, invoicing, payment tracking, and order closure.
Execute monthly billing activities, ensuring accurate invoice generation, reconciliation, and timely invoice delivery.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), customer account reconciliation, aging analysis, cash allocation, and collections.
Procure hardware, software, and cloud solutions through global vendors and distributors.

Required Skills:




1–3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Procurement, AR, Billing, or Collections.
Hands-on experience with P2P, O2C, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Vendor Management.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Advanced and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
Knowledge of QuickBooks or any other accounting software and ERP systems
