We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will play a key role in building a strong team and maintaining a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Coordinate with hiring managers for role requirements and hiring plans
Handle employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
Manage employee engagement activities and company culture initiatives
Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues
Assist in performance management processes
Requirements
5–7 years experience in HR (preferably in fashion/startup workplace)
Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
