Role & responsibilities :
Coordinate with customers and service engineers for timely service execution.
Maintain and analyze service data, MIS reports, and customer records.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with procurement for material availability.
Monitor inventory of spare parts and ensure stock availability.
Track service requests and ensure timely closure.
Prepare service reports, quotations, and related documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service operations.
Handle customer queries and provide regular service updates.
Preferred candidate profile :
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid data management and analytical skills.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
