Key Responsibilities
Receive customer vehicles and understand service/repair requirements.
Prepare accurate job cards and explain service estimates to customers.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely diagnosis and repair.
Provide regular service updates and maintain explicit communication with customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving service-related queries.
Recommend preventive maintenance and value-added services.
Coordinate vehicle delivery after service completion.
Maintain service records and ensure compliance with company standards.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.

Required Skills
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an EV or automobile dealership.
Valuable knowledge of electric vehicles, service processes, and customer handling.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prepare job cards, estimates, and service documentation.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, DMS/CRM preferred).
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,262.11 - ₹25,144.34 per month
