Job Description
Regional sales strategy: Develop and execute regional sales strategies for AV solutions that consistently achieve revenue and growth targets across your territory.
Key account management: Manage relationships with strategic customers in the region, becoming the trusted advisor for their AV and technology infrastructure decisions.




Full-cycle deal ownership: Drive opportunities from lead generation through to closure, working closely with pre-sales and design teams to shape winning proposals.
Post-sale account health: Monitor project execution and customer satisfaction after the sale, so delivery matches what was promised and relationships stay strong for the next prospect.
Territory and pipeline planning: Prioritise accounts and prospects across the region, balancing current business development with the growth of existing relationships.
Cross-functional coordination: Partner with pre-sales engineers, project managers, and OEM teams to translate client requirements into deliverable, well-specified solutions.
