Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Ensure 100% recipe accuracy and consistency for every gelato batch

2.⁠ ⁠Manage daily production, hygiene, cleaning, and basic machine maintenance

3.⁠ ⁠Take ownership of quality issues, faults, and wastage

4.⁠ ⁠Be present on-site for full shift operations

5.⁠ ⁠Interact with customers and explain product and ingredients when required

6.⁠ ⁠Create recent and seasonal gelato flavors for festivals and special occasions

Requirements:

7.⁠ ⁠Experience in gelato / frozen dessert production

8.⁠ ⁠Solid flavor pairing and innovation skills

9.⁠ ⁠Excellent attention to detail and time management

10.⁠ ⁠Valuable communication and people skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
