Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure prompt resolution of their queries and concerns.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify prospects for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business based on client needs.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, communications, and service requests in the CRM system.
Handle client complaints professionally and work proactively to resolve issues while maintaining positive relationships.




Prepare client reports, service updates, and relationship status reports as required.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to client retention and loyalty.
Achieve customer engagement and relationship management objectives while representing the company professionally.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
