Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them with cake and bakery product selections.
Take customer orders accurately, both in-store and over the phone.
Generate bills and process cash, card, UPI, and other payments.
Handle takeaway orders and ensure products are packed properly.
Coordinate with the kitchen/bakery team for customer orders.
Manage cake orders, customizations, pickups, and deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the counter.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate billing and daily sales records.
Check product availability and inform customers about available options.
Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming store experience.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
