Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Showroom Assistant to support the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain product displays, manage inventory, and ensure a clean and welcoming shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in selecting products.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
Arrange and replenish stock on shelves and display areas.
Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing when required.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Support inventory checks and stock management.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Follow company policies and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Requirements




High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software is an advantage.
Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends if required.
