Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Advocates who has successfully completed their LL.B or LL.M and cleared the Bar examinations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to diverse areas of legal practice, including research, drafting, client interaction, and courtroom procedures. It is an excellent opportunity for aspiring lawyers to gain practical experience and develop skilled skills in a dynamic legal workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on case laws, statutes, and regulations to support ongoing matters.
Drafting & Documentation: Assist in drafting contracts, pleadings, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
Case Preparation: Support senior lawyers in preparing case files, briefs, and arguments for hearings.
Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, take notes, and assist in addressing queries under supervision.
Courtroom Exposure: Observe and assist in court proceedings, filings, and procedural compliance.




Compliance & Advisory: Help in reviewing policies, agreements, and compliance requirements for corporate and litigation matters.

Qualifications
Completed LL.B or LL.M from a recognized institution.
Successfully passed the Bar examinations.

Duration & Stipend
Internship Duration: 1–3 months (extendable based on performance).
Stipend: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience.
Employment Chance: Upon successful completion of the internship, the candidate will be offered a full-time position under the organization’s payroll.
