Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all assigned positions.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans.
Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, networking, and campus hiring.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening & Selection
Review applications and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and competency assessments.
Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with hiring managers.
Facilitate candidate evaluation and selection decisions.
Offer Management & Onboarding
Coordinate salary discussions and prepare offer recommendations.
Manage offer release, negotiations, and candidate acceptance.
Maintain regular communication with selected candidates until joining.
Coordinate with HR operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with department heads to understand hiring priorities.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.




Ensure agreed service levels (SLAs) are achieved.
Recruitment Operations
Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment MIS and dashboards.
Ensure recruitment documentation is complete and compliant.
Coordinate background verification with relevant stakeholders.
Employer Branding
Support employer branding initiatives through social media, career fairs, and campus recruitment.
Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Promote the organization's employer value proposition.
Process Improvement
Analyze recruitment metrics and identify improvement prospects.
Recommend and implement process enhancements to reduce hiring cycle time.
Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and market intelligence.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
