Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily logistics and service operations.
Assign and track service requests to field mechanics.
Ensure timely dispatch and completion of customer bookings.
Coordinate with mechanics, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor service schedules and resolve operational delays.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and service updates.
Prepare daily operational reports using MS Excel.
Follow up with customers and field staff for service completion and feedback.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational timelines.
Handle logistics-related issues and escalate critical cases when required. These responsibilities align with common logistics executive functions involving transportation coordination,



tracking, documentation, and operational support.

Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in logistics, operations, dispatch, or field coordination is preferred.
