Work with Team ,Guide & Motivate Team Members and provide with timely feedback on their performance & organization goal.
Maintaining quality of the business by tracking & controlling, Preparing MIS reports & KYC.
Generate recent business leads
Meet and Pitch Gold Loan offerings to potential customers. 6. Build trust by handling customer issues.
Build a long-term relationship with High-Net-worth Individuals customers to ensure continuity of business and referrals.
Responsible to travel within the assigned territory /market as per requirements. 9 Audit Compliance related to Process,



Customers grievances, Disbursal, Process etc.
Responsible for strict adherence to Process, Policy, Guidelines laid by the Organization.
Responsible for processing/ documentations of Loans & other financial services.
Responsible for conducting field visits and meeting corporate customers for business development

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
