Key Responsibilities
Independently manage civil litigation matters from filing to final disposal.
Draft and review legal documents, including plaints, written statements, applications,

affidavits, rejoinders, appeals, notices, and other civil pleadings.
Prepare and file cases, applications, and responses before Civil Courts, Commercial

Courts, Tribunals, and High Courts.
Represent clients and conduct arguments before courts and judicial forums.
Develop case strategies based on legal research, factual analysis, and procedural

requirements.
Handle interim applications, injunction matters, execution proceedings, and

appellate litigation.
Coordinate with clients, court officials, advocates, and other stakeholders.
Monitor case progress, court dates, compliance requirements, and procedural

timelines.
Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and litigation trackers.
Stay updated on developments in civil laws, procedural laws, and relevant judicial

precedents.
Required Qualifications & Skills
LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience exclusively in Civil Litigation.




Solid knowledge of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), Evidence Act, Contract Law, Property Laws, Commercial Laws, Specific Relief Act, and other relevant civil statutes.
Proven experience in drafting complex civil pleadings, applications, appeals, and legal notices.
Excellent oral advocacy and court appearance skills.
Familiarity with court procedures, e-filing systems, and litigation management processes.
Ability to independently handle client interactions and court proceedings.
Robust legal research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple matters simultaneously.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
