Loc:- PAN India (Hybrid)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration.
Solid understanding of Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reporting tools.
Experience with ADP Global View connector configuration and integration.
Excellent testing and debugging skills in payroll environments, & parallel payroll support.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Solid communication and documentation skills.
