During the training you will be exposed to
Posting job ads on skilled sites, job sites and social media
Participate in candidate sourcing efforts.
Learn how to screen resumes and conduct initial phone screening.
Communicating with candidates and helping them make informed decision.
Use recruiting software to keep track of the various stages of recruitment cycle.
Planning and participating in various recruitment events.
Enabling a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements and skills
Any graduate with less than one year experience.
Tech-savvy and Excellent communication skills.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Problem-solving aptitude and Critical-thinking skill.
High result orientation.
