Job Description

We are looking for a smart, hardworking and result-oriented Sales Executive – Retail to drive retail sales and develop business through direct marketing and customer visits.

Key Responsibilities
Generate retail sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Develop business through direct marketing and customer visits.
Build strong relationships with retailers, plumbers, consultants, interior designers and other channel partners.
Identify and develop current business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and advantages to customers.
Prepare quotations and regularly follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Maintain an updated customer database and submit regular sales reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer service.




Negotiate with customers and independently take appropriate decisions to close sales.

Required Skills & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
3–4 years of relevant experience in Retail Sales / Direct Marketing.
Experience handling interior designers, plumbers and consultants will be preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust negotiation and convincing skills with a target-oriented approach.
Good decision-making and problem-solving ability.
Smart, hardworking and confident with a pleasing personality.
Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales targets.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory, or the candidate should be able to drive a two-wheeler and possess a valid licence.
