Follow up on outstanding medical bills and invoices for US healthcare clients.
Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile customer accounts.
Contact insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients to resolve billing issues.
Update customer account information and maintain detailed records of all interactions.
Collaborate with medical coders and billers to improve customer experience.
Prepare regular reports and updates on accounts receivable balances and outstanding payments.
Have excellent communication and customer service skills.




Be comfortable with medical billing software and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role in the healthcare industry is typically required
