Administrative & Development Manager – Spoken English Institute

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Development Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of our institute while driving student enrolment and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage admissions, staff coordination, and front-office operations.
Drive outreach through social media, school/college tie-ups, and community campaigns.
Organise demo sessions and events to attract prospective students.
Build relationships with corporate clients and referral partners.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–4 years in administration or business development, preferably in education.
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
