We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for international job prospects across various industries. The role requires excellent communication skills, robust networking abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.

Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, communication skills, and suitability for international roles.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.

Guide candidates through the recruitment process and provide timely updates.

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and client requirements.

Meet hiring targets and recruitment deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.





Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
