We are seeking an experienced F&B; Captain to supervise daily restaurant operations, ensure high service standards, and lead the service team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate F&B; service staff during shifts
Ensure service standards, grooming, and hygiene are followed
Take guest orders and ensure accurate, timely service
Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally
Assign duties and guide stewards and wait staff
Ensure proper table setup and service readiness
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth operations
Monitor stock of service items and report shortages
Train and mentor junior service staff
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
