Role Overview

We are seeking a agile and student-focused Admission/Education Counsellor to guide prospective learners in choosing the right IT certification and qualified training programs. The role involves counselling students, understanding their career goals, and assisting them through the admission and enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective learners on IT certification and training programs.
Understand candidates' career aspirations and recommend suitable courses.
Explain course details, career opportunities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
Engage with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, chats, and virtual counselling sessions.
Address learner queries and provide end-to-end admission support.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Maintain lead and enrollment records in the CRM system.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in Admission Counselling, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid counselling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented with a passion for helping learners achieve their career goals.
