Position Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented and customer-focused Business Development Executive to support collection operations and marketing initiatives. The role requires strong communication skills, financial awareness, and the ability to engage positively with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Collections
Contact customers professionally to follow up on outstanding payments.
Implement effective collection strategies to reduce overdue accounts.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
Build positive relationships while ensuring timely recoveries.

Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
Support the creation of marketing content such as social media posts, emails, and promotional materials.




Coordinate with the marketing team to understand customer feedback and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience in collections, customer service, business development, or a related field.
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of marketing concepts and customer engagement.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with marketing tools is an added advantage.
