Key Responsibilities
Set quality metrics for all production phases.
Inspect raw materials and finished goods for flaws.
Monitor the production cycle to catch errors early.
Update the Quality Management System with defect data.
Conduct regular audits based on ISO 9001 standards.
Find root causes of technical issues and suggest fixes.
Build testing procedures to check product durability.
Write performance reports on malfunctions and fixes.
Train internal teams on quality tools and best practices.
Partner with vendors to review material standards
Requirements & Qualifications
Degree /Diploma in Engineering, Quality, or an identical field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of working experience in quality control or quality engineering.
Certifications:
Preferred ASQ (American Society for Quality) or Six Sigma certification.
Standards: Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 compliance standards.
Tools: Solid experience with technical blueprints and data tracking software
High attention to detail to spot minor production errors.
Critical thinking to fix system bottlenecks quickly.
Transparent communication to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
Data analysis to study defect trends and process capability
