Security Manager-Hotel Industry only

A Security Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the entire security operations of an organization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
Manage security staff and supervisors
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
Handle incident management and investigations
Coordinate with local police and emergency services
Ensure CCTV, access control, and surveillance systems are functioning
Prepare security reports for management

Skills Required
Leadership and team management
Robust decision-making and crisis handling
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
Positive communication and coordination skills

Qualification
Hotel Industry Experience Must
Degree/Diploma (any field; security or defense background preferred)
Experience in security operations (5–10 years)
Ex-defense/police personnel often preferred
