We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant with knowledge of Part Truck Load (PTL) services to support our marketing and business development activities. The ideal candidate will assist in promoting transport solutions, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with operations to ensure service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for PTL and other logistics services
Identify and generate new business leads in the transport and logistics sector
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and corporate customers
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and rate quotations
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Manage digital marketing activities (social media, email campaigns, etc.)
Maintain customer databases and track sales performance metrics
Participate in client meetings, field visits,



and promotional events

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales within the transport/logistics industry
Strong knowledge of Part Truck Load (PTL) services is essential
Valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of regional transport markets, especially North Bengal and Northeast India
Experience in B2B marketing or logistics sales
Strong analytical and organizational skills
