Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
Handle customer billing and cash transactions
Ensure excellent customer service
Supervise and manage restaurant staff
Maintain daily sales and operational reports
Manage inventory and stock levels
Coordinate with vendors for stock requirements
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
Ensure smooth opening and closing of the outlet
Handle customer complaints professionally
Maintain discipline and productivity among staff
Follow company SOPs and operational guidelines
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
