We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates for an International Voice/Chat Process. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced BPO setting and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and chat channels
Understand customer concerns and provide prompt, accurate resolutions
Deliver high-quality service while maintaining professionalism and empathy
Adhere to defined process guidelines and quality standards
Accurately document all customer interactions and updates





Eligibility Criteria
Graduate freshers are welcome to apply
Experienced candidates from International Voice/Chat BPO processes are preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach

Work Schedule
5 working days per week
2 rotational weekly offs
Rotational shifts based on business requirements
