About the Role
We're not looking for a "content person." We're looking for someone who is the internet — who can spot a trend the moment it drops, turn a random Tuesday into a video idea, and genuinely enjoys being on camera. This isn't a "sit in a room and talk to the camera" job — we want creators who think beyond the four walls of a room setup: different locations, different angles, different POVs, different formats. You'll be part of a growing in-house creative team building the company's short-form video presence from the ground up.

What You'll Do
Star in and shoot trendy, fast-turnaround videos across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and beyond
Think in terms of performance — hooks, retention, watch time — not just "nice content"
Write punchy, native-feeling copy — ad scripts, captions, hooks, on-screen text — that sounds like a person, not a brand
Ideate scroll-stopping concepts on the spot, riffing on trending formats, sounds, and templates
Shoot and edit your own content end-to-end (phone-first workflows are fine — vibe > gear)
Stay obsessively updated on trends, edit styles, transitions, sounds,



and internet lingo before they go mainstream
Collaborate with the in-house editor and marketing team to keep output consistent and on-brand

What We're Looking For
High-energy, people's-person energy — someone who's comfy on camera and doesn't take themselves too seriously
Camera-friendly and comfortable performing/improvising on the spot
Solid copywriting instincts — can write a hook that stops the scroll in under a minute
Hands-on shooting and editing skills (Inshot, Reels editor, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Deep, active fluency in internet culture — trends, formats, lingo, meme literacy
A performance-first mindset: you care about numbers, not just aesthetics
Strong understanding of the brand — someone who can internalize the company's voice and translate it into content, not just churn out generic trends
Freshers and beginners welcome — we care more about instinct and hustle than a resume

Good to Have
An existing personal social presence or portfolio of self-shot content (even unofficial/personal projects count)
Basic understanding of the beauty/D2C space
