The Role- Director, Demand Generatio n
We’re hiring a Director, Demand Generation to own the paid, outbound, and account-based demand engine that drives Zenwork’s enterprise pipeline. You’ll set the strategy and stay hands-on — leading a small team while partnering closely with Sales and SDR/BDR to turn target accounts into qualified, sales-ready pipeline.
This is a player-coach role for someone who loves owning a pipeline number and has the operating chops to deliver it across channels.

What You’ll Do
Strategy & pipeline ownership
• Own sourced pipeline. Build and own the demand plan that delivers marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline against enterprise revenue targets.
• Define the enterprise motion. Set the channel mix and quarterly plan across paid media, ABM, outbound, events, and lifecycle.
• Forecast and pace. Manage the demand forecast, budget, and spend pacing against CAC and pipeline efficiency.
Account-based marketing & outbound
• Run ABM. Design and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs against named enterprise accounts, orchestrated with Sales.
• Align with SDR/BDR. Coordinate outbound sequencing, messaging, and target-account coverage so marketing and outbound reinforce each other.
• Leverage intent. Use intent and engagement data to prioritize accounts and trigger timely, relevant plays.
Paid, campaigns & events
• Scale paid media. Own paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting — from strategy to optimization.
• Drive the events motion.



Own webinars and events as an active demand channel, through to post-event pipeline conversion.
• Lifecycle & nurture. Build email nurture programs that move enterprise leads from interest to sales-qualified.

Operations, measurement & team
• Instrument the funnel. Own demand-gen reporting — attribution, funnel conversion, channel ROI — and report results to leadership.
• Build the team. Hire, coach, and develop a small team across campaigns, ABM, and paid; stay hands-on.
• Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with Sales, marketing peers, RevOps, and Product Marketing to keep targeting and handoffs tight.

What You Bring
Required
• 8+ years in B2B demand generation, growth, or performance marketing, with 2+ years leading or mentoring others.
• Proven track record owning a pipeline number in B2B SaaS selling to mid-market or enterprise.
• Hands-on expertise across paid media, ABM, and outbound/lifecycle marketing.
• Strong command of the contemporary marketing stack — CRM, marketing automation, ABM/intent tools — and comfort with data and attribution.
• Demonstrated partnership with Sales and SDR/BDR teams to drive pipeline.

Nice to have
• Experience marketing to finance, tax, accounting, compliance, or fintech buyers.
• Experience selling into US enterprise accounts from a global / India-based team.
• Experience running events and webinars as a pipeline channel.
