Qualifications - Education details - B.Arch

Required Skills
BIM architecture.
REVIT proficiency.

Must-Haves
5–8 years of BIM Architecture experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Revit project experience
Experience in commercial construction and high-rise building projects
Positive communication skills (English proficiency)
Notice period: Max 60 days
Strict No-Nos

Reject candidates with:
Railway/infrastructure project experience
Pure drafting or AutoCAD‑only background
Interior residential freelancer profiles
Site execution‑only architects
“Basic knowledge of Revit” (no project-based usage)
Current organization: The BIM Engineers

Client is Open To
Diploma holders (only if 5+ years of relevant Revit experience + strong communication skills)
Civil Engineering candidates only if they closely match BIM/Revit requirements
