We are hiring for the below role with the leading manufacturing industry.

Role-Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Gurgaon – Bhondsi
Shift: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Monday to Saturday working with Sunday fixed off
Salary- Upto 4.80lpa

Job Summary:
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing service operations,
coordinating with engineers and stakeholders, ensuring accurate system updates,
and supporting overall service workflow while adhering to Stryker’s quality and
compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Register service complaints/events and assign engineers
Provide updates and coordination support to field engineers
Partner with field and in-house teams for workflow and process improvements
Coordinate with internal and external customers for approvals and inputs
Coordinate with logistics partners for reverse and forward pickups
Maintain and track loaner equipment and follow up for retrieval
Coordinate with inventory team for spare availability and reconciliation
Create, update, assign, and reassign Preventive Maintenance (PM) requests
Follow up with channel partners, ASPs, and engineers for install base updates




Track warranty and contract expiry for customers
Coordinate internally for quotations and contract proposals
Maintain accurate data in systems and prepare reports as per defined metrics
Provide extended support as required
Ensure adherence to Stryker Quality Management System and compliance guidelines
Accurately enter order data and verify entitlement and serial number coverage
Assist in month-end closing activities

Required Skills:
Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) andcPowerPoint
Good reporting and presentation skills
Strong coordination and organizational abilities
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an added advantage)
High attention to detail and accuracy

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Relevant experience in service coordination / operations / backend support
Willingness to work extended hours when required
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
