Key Responsibilities
Develop interior concepts, space plans, layouts, and working drawings.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
Create 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs using SketchUp, Enscape & Lumion.
Understand client requirements and present design concepts.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
Conduct site visits and ensure execution matches approved designs.
Manage project timelines, materials, and multiple projects.
