About the Role We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist to generate qualified business opportunities and build a consistent sales pipeline through Upwork, freelance platforms, and outbound channels .
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in prospecting, proposal writing, client communication, lead qualification, and converting opportunities into paying clients.

Responsibilities Generate qualified B2B leads and new client opportunities.
Identify and pursue relevant opportunities through Upwork and other bidding/freelance platforms .
Research prospective companies and key decision-makers.
Write customized proposals, pitches, and commercial estimates.
Manage prospect conversations, follow-ups, meetings, and negotiations.
Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
Build strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
Track leads, proposals, conversion rates, and revenue generated.

Requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Online Bidding,



or Client Acquisition .
Strong experience with Upwork or similar freelance platforms .
Excellent proposal writing and prospecting skills.
Experience communicating with international B2B clients.
Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Target-driven with solid communication skills.
