Techno-Commercial Sales Engineer
About the Role:
We are looking for a Techno-Commercial Sales professional with experience in PSU/Government Sales , capable of understanding customer requirements and developing suitable technical and commercial proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop business opportunities with PSUs, Government departments & institutional customers.
Prepare and deliver technical/product presentations and demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT infrastructure, Surveillance, Security, and Technology Solutions and engineering services.
Prepare technical proposals, and techno-commercial offers.
Generate new leads and maintain solid relationships with existing PSU/Government customers. Coordinate with Client technical, procurement, and project teams for solution development and execution.
Track tenders, RFQs,



market opportunities, and competitor activities.
Participate in tenders, exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events. Follow up on proposals, negotiations, orders, and business closures.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering field.
2–5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or techno-commercial sales.
Experience dealing with PSUs, Government departments, system integrators, or institutional customers.
Understanding of technical specifications, quotations, and tender documentation.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into commercial opportunities. Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, tenders, and business development activities.
Preferred Knowledge of CCTV, surveillance systems, electronic security, networking, and IT infrastructure
and engineering services.
