Roles
1. Proactive and Self driven/ Motivated sales qualified
2. Delivers budgeted sales volumes & revenues and exceeds expectations
3. Primarily responsible for managing, identifying, developing existing /new business opportunities in Assigned customers.
4. Develop a relationship with primary accounts, key stakeholders and critical decision makers in Sourcing, technical team and Senior Management at customer end
5. To handle all the Assigned customers.
6. Maintain a deep understanding of customers’ operations, determine opportunities and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to the customer
7. Participation in Strategy making discussions, Product positioning, Pricings strategies in Assigned customer.
8. Efficiently handle any Customer complaints, trouble-shooting as & when required
9.



Prepare well on time, Sales Forecast, Visit Plans, CRM updates, Daily activity reports
10. Conduct/ Organize technical presentations, seminars in coordination with HQ team
11. To thoroughly understand the products, their functional roles, and end applications.
12. To be able to engage in technical discussions with assigned customers from the company's product portfolio for the assigned industry segments.
13. To work continuously on gathering Market information, Trends, Competition activities and discuss internally with Team
14. Handles a minimum of 80 customers
15. All sales activity including daily activities updates must be updated in SAP, and it is mandatory.
