Job Description – Customer Support Associate We are hiring Customer Support Associates with strong communication and comprehension skills to deliver an excellent customer experience.

VERSANT assessment required
Good comprehension and analytical skills.
Ability to type accurately with minimal errors ( 30 WPM / 90% accuracy preferred ).
Solid English reading and writing skills.
Fluent in Hindi

Basic computer and typing proficiency.
Employment Type: Contractual- 3 months
Shifts timings - Rotational shifts (24*7)
Working hours : 9 hours per day
Salary Range - 23K CTC- 18K in hand per month (Fresher)
24 K CTC- 19K in hand per month (Experienced)
