About Just Homestay

Just Homestay is a growing vacation rental and homestay booking company offering premium villas, homestays and holiday homes across popular destinations in India.
We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, recommend suitable properties and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls .
Understand customer requirements such as destination, dates, guests, bedrooms and budget.
Recommend suitable villas and homestays.
Handle customer questions, objections and negotiations.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into bookings.
Coordinate with property owners and the internal team for availability and booking details.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

1–3 years of sales experience.
Experience in travel, hospitality, hotel, villa/homestay, real estate or inside sales is preferred.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English .




Confident in phone and WhatsApp communication.
Robust convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work with sales targets.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Own laptop or access to a laptop for work.
Willing to work 6 days a week , including weekends/holidays when required.

Working Conditions

6 days per week
1 weekly off

Dehradun-based role
