Role Description
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Visualiser to join our team. As a Creative Visualiser, you will be responsible for conceptualising and creating visually stunning designs that capture the essence of our clients' brands. You will work closely with the creative team to develop creative and effective advertising and communication campaigns across media and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualise and create visual designs for an integrated advertising campaigns, including print, digital, outdoor, etc.
Develop and present design concepts to the creative team and clients
Collaborate with copywriters, client servicing and other designers to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and technologies
Create storyboards, mood boards, and other visual aids to communicate design concepts
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' brands, products,



and services
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative ideas
Ensure all design work is of high quality, meets client expectations, and aligns with the agency's creative vision

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (BFA), Graphic Design (GD Arts), Bachelor of Design (B Des), or Communication Design from a renowned Art School
Skills in Visualisation, Graphics, and Graphic Design (Video & motion Graphics & animation would be an added advantage)
2-3 years of relevant work experience in a design or advertising agency

Requirements
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong understanding of design principles and creative processes
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work
Proficient in all major design softwares
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to Have
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
Experience with motion graphics, animation, and video editing
