Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced ALM Engineer with robust hands-on expertise in PTC Codebeamer to support requirements, test, risk, and change management for our digital engineering programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and implement PTC Codebeamer for Requirements, Test, Risk, and Change Management
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ALM solutions
Set up workflows, trackers, templates, dashboards, reports, and user roles in Codebeamer
Design and implement integrations between Codebeamer and tools like Windchill, Jira, Git, and Jenkins
Support Codebeamer upgrades, migrations,



customizations, and user administration
Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability aligned with ASPICE, ISO 26262, or IEC 62304
Work with cross-functional teams and provide user training and documentation

Required Skills:
8-10 years in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) / Digital Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with PTC Codebeamer configuration and administration
Experience integrating ALM with PLM/DevOps tools (Windchill, Jira, Git, Jenkins)
Exposure to compliance standards: ASPICE, ISO 26262, or IEC 62304
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
