ABOUT THE ROLE
Kata Travels Private Limited is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in New Delhi.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and a genuine interest in the travel and tourism industry.
This is an on-site position, and candidates should ideally be located within a convenient commuting distance of Metro Dashrathpuri, Dwarka, New Delhi.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
Handle prospective and existing customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel products and services.
Follow up with leads and enquiries and convert opportunities into sales.
Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
Prepare and share quotations and other sales-related information.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth fulfilment of bookings and customer requirements.
Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain a professional relationship with clients and business partners.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience in sales.




Strong working proficiency in English and Hindi.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates should be within a commutable distance of Metro Dashrathpuri, Dwarka, New Delhi.
Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Tourism / Travel or BBA.
Fair knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working towards sales targets.
Prior experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality or related service industry will be an advantage.
