Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and MIS activities. The role requires strong expertise in accounting controls, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to support effective business decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closures
Handle financial reporting, controlling activities, variance analysis, and performance tracking
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and periodic financial summaries for management review
Monitor operational financial transactions and maintain proper documentation and controls
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for data gathering, reconciliations, and reporting requirements
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy
Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
Assist management with financial analysis and business insights for decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies
Solid understanding of accounting principles,



financial reporting, and internal controls.
Hands-on experience in MIS reporting, variance analysis, and financial data management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within deadlines.
Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Semi-qualified CA / CA Inter preferred
Experience in a corporate or industrial setup preferred
Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms will be an added advantage
