Role Description
This is a full time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Front Office Manager. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing reception areas, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, supervising front office staff,



ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining professional service standards. They will collaborate with other departments for operational efficiency to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Front Office operations and Office Administration
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Exceptional Communication and interpersonal abilities
Leadership and team management experience is a strong advantage
Knowledge of hospitality management systems is preferred
A degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is advantageous
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
