Roles and Responsibility

- Coordinate and manage clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and maintain study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data management, biostatistics, and medical writing.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of study progress and results.
- Manage and resolve issues related to study conduct, data quality, or patient safety.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
- Proven experience in clinical research coordination, preferably in a pharmaceutical company setting.
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and other relevant software.
