Role & responsibilities

- To ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Workplace) Management System requirements/procedure / practices at site, as per Site HSE Plan / HSE Management system.
- Checking of work permits, identifying the hazards, PPE, compliance at work site and. Noncompliance to be informed to the concerned personnel.
- To ensure that applicable Safe Operating Procedure (SOPs) in respective areas are being followed service provider.
- To assess risks associated with operations, tools and equipment, jobsites, and work environments.
- To report near miss incidents, data analysis and submission of monthly report to Head HSE.
- To conduct / co-ordinate induction training (for HSE) at site for new entrants.
- To conduct toolbox talks and Safety Audits of Contractors.
- To carry out Job safety analysis for the critical jobs as per work permits system.
- To operate firefighting equipment and take preventive measures like evacuation of people in case of fire.
- To administer First-aid or CPR to victim (injured person) expeditiously if required.
- To submit Daily and Monthly Progress Report to Head HSE of the concerned Asset/Basin/Plant/Services.
