Dy Manager - HR

Role Summary

You will serve as Dy Manager - HR for Arvind Limited, supporting key HR modules across strategy, talent management, succession planning, and digitization for the Corporate business unit. You will work independently on assigned workstreams and support leadership priorities and people reporting.

Key Responsibilities

You will own assigned HR strategy workstreams for Corporate and translate business priorities into transparent people actions.

You will build and maintain the talent management framework for your module, including role mapping, performance inputs, and internal movement support.

You will coordinate succession planning reviews for senior leadership positions and track readiness, risk, and development actions.

You will deliver HR digitization initiatives by improving workflows, data quality, and adoption across core HR processes.

You will prepare board-ready HR reporting packs with accurate inputs on leadership strength, succession coverage, and talent risks.

You will support DEI strategy execution by tracking actions,



maintaining reporting inputs, and coordinating with business stakeholders.

You will improve HR analytics dashboards and MIS outputs to support decision-making across business units.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and HR partners to refine frameworks, review outcomes, and close execution gaps.
