Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in packaging operations and management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, designs, and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
