1. Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate order tracking and updates on customer orders.

- Monitor order status, resolve issues, and maintain records of all transactions.

- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries related to orders.

- Manage order processing from receipt to fulfilment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.

- Work Timings: Night Shift (CALIFORNIA TIME) This role requires working during US business hours to ensure real-time coordination with our USA team.
